Chef Wade Baertsch heads our culinary team and brings considerable creative energy, a passion for food, and a commitment to “scratch” cooking using fresh local ingredients to our program. Before coming to Reedville Catering, Wade worked in a number of fine dining restaurants, hotel and resort properties.
Our talented catering team works together to insure that your event is successful.  The planning and event staff are creative, professional and detail oriented… freeing you to entertain your guests and enjoy your event.  Our event planners Debbie Priest and Becci Arthur will help you choose the right venue, menu and decor to impress your guests.  In the kitchen Edna Rolling and the kitchen staff work with Chef Wade Baertsh using fresh local ingredients to prepare memorable dishes.  Event Production Coordinator Janet Gentes insures that each event is set up with care, appropriately staffed and tastefully presented. Finally, our baker Pam Trudel creates truly scrumptious desserts to make certain everyone leaves happy.
