Our PNW seasonal menus are perfect for events of all kinds! Ideal for corporate catering events or once in a lifetime celebrations. Many of our menus are for both events needing a full service caterer or those looking for something more casual. Dietary needs can be easily accommodated – just ask our team!

Braised Short Ribs

Short ribs braised in wine and beef stock, and topped with a short rib pan sauce.



Salmon with Juniper & Sage Brown Butter

Salmon, seared and roasted, finished with a delicate hearty juniper sage brown butter.



Chicken Chasseur

lightly breaded chicken thigh, pan fried, and served with a mushroom pinot noir sauce



Lentil Sheppard's Pie

Lentil and roasted root vegetables, topped with a vegan mashed potato and vegan cheese, baked to perfection.
